In 1991, he visited the Prince of Wales Hospital in Hong Kong. He is now chief physician, professor and master supervisor of Children's Hospital of Fudan University. Member of the Genetics and Endocrinology Group of Pediatric Society of Chinese Medical Association (former member), member of the Asia-Pacific Pediatric Endocrine Society (1999-2003 member), member of the International Association of Juvenile Diabetes (2000-2003 member), member of the Shanghai Pediatric Genetics and Endocrinology Group of Chinese Medical Association (1999-2003 member).
