Brief work experience:
He graduated from Hunan Medical College (now Xiangya Medical College of Central South University) in 1957. In the same year, he worked in the Department of Pediatrics of Children's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Medical College (now Children's Hospital of Fudan University). After 1976, he worked in clinical practice, teaching and scientific research of pediatric renal diseases (primary and secondary glomerular diseases). In the late 1980s, he joined the Pediatric Rheumatology Cooperative Group. Participate in treatment of lupus erythematosus (sle) and rheumatoid arthritis patients. He has rich or relatively rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of renal and rheumatic diseases in children.

He has published more than 10 articles on children's nephrotic syndrome, lupus nephritis, purpura nephritis, urinary tract infection, etc., and has participated in 7 books.
He participated in the research on the etiology, pathogenesis and treatment of hematuria in children (won the second prize of scientific and technological Progress of Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau) and the research on the clinical pathological observation, pathogenesis and treatment of hepatitis B virus associated nephritis (won the third prize of scientific and Technological Progress of Shanghai in 1992).
