Introduction:

Brief work experience:
Graduated from Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University in 2001 and has been working at Children's Hospital of Fudan University since then.

Further education and training:
Completed neonatal specialist training at SickKids Hospital in Canada from 2008 to 2010.
Visiting scholar at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2016.
Completed T2T faculty training at Harvard Medical School in 2019.

Current positions:
Neonatal Resuscitation Training Mentor, Simulation Mentor at the Clinical Skills Training Center of Children's Hospital of Fudan University.

Research achievements and publications:
Principal investigator of one open project at the National Health Commission's Key Laboratory of Neonatology. Published several papers in authoritative core and SCI journals as the first or corresponding author. Co-authored the book of "Diagnosis and Treatment Standards for Common Pediatric Diseases", and co-translated the books of "Neonatal Physician's Handbook" and "Nutrition Management for Premature Infants".
