Introduction：
He is deeply committed to children’s emergency and critical care and has established a standardized and systematic children’s critical care center at the leading level in China. At the same time, he has taken the lead in establishing a pediatric emergency medicine system of “inter-hospital transfer - emergency medicine - critical care medicine” in line with international advanced concepts. He is also devoted to building a cooperation program in pediatric critical care medicine and promoting the development of regions with backward pediatric emergency and critical care technology.
Focusing on professional training, Prof. Lu has established the first simulation training base for “Pediatric Critical Care Medicine Specialty” in Shanghai. He also constructed the first “Children’s ECMO Team” training system in China and is also the sole builder of the “Training the Trainer” (TTT) for the Children’s Simulation Instructor Program in China.
