Medical expertise:

Expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric autism spectrum disorder, early childhood development, learning difficulties, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and child nutrition and feeding behavior, as well as other child nutrition and developmental behavioral issues.

Academic activities:

Served as Deputy Group Leader of the Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics Group, Chinese Medical Association Branch of Pediatrics for three consecutive terms. Currently serves as Committee Member of the Child Health Care Group, Chinese Medical Association Branch of Pediatrics, and Committee Member of the Maternal and Child Nutrition Branch, Chinese Nutrition Society. Serves on the editorial boards of journals including Autism Research, Chinese Journal of Pediatrics, Chinese Journal of Child Health Care, Chinese Journal of Practical Clinical Pediatrics, and Journal of Educational Biology.

Award situation:

Presided over two clinical research projects: "Research on Visual Perception Development and Early Intervention in Premature Infants" and "Promotion of Appropriate Technologies for Early Screening and Early Intervention of Autism Spectrum Disorder in Communities." These projects were awarded the 3rd Prize of the 14th and 18th Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Awards, respectively.

Introduction:

Engaged in medical care, research, and education in the fields of child health care and developmental behavioral pediatrics for over 30 years. The child health care department led is a Shanghai Clinical Key Specialty Construction Base. Committed to the early identification, diagnosis, treatment, and mechanism research of autism and related disorders, and has conducted extensive innovative work in promoting early screening and early intervention for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in China. Published a series of research papers in international journals such as Prog Neurobiol, Mol Ther, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, and Mol Autism.
